We take the quality of our courts and the safety of our members very seriously. To ensure that everyone has the best possible experience, we ask that you take a moment to review our Rules & Policies.
By following these guidelines, you can help us maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone to enjoy. Our policies cover everything from proper attire and equipment usage to booking and cancellation policies, so please read them carefully and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

At 4U Badminton, we are committed to maintaining our badminton courts to the highest standards, in order to provide the most enjoyable and safe environment for our members and supporters. As such, we strictly enforce a footwear policy that only allows shoes specifically made for badminton. We accept shoes from popular brands such as Yonex, Li-Ning, Victor, Black Knight, Mizuno, Forze, Babolat, or Chaopai, and other shoe brands may be permitted at the discretion of our receptionist. Please ensure you wear appropriate footwear during your visit.
COURT BOOKINGS CANCELLATION POLICY
It's important to note that while refunds may be possible for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance, it's always a good idea to double-check with the club's policies on refunds and cancellations before booking to avoid any confusion or disappointment.
Furthermore, the club reserves the rights to make changes to any bookings at their own discretion.
COACHING, TRAINING, AND MULTI-SHUTTLE EXERCISES
At 4U Badminton, we are committed to maintaining a safe and professional environment for all of our members and visitors. To ensure that all training and lessons are provided by qualified and approved coaches, only coaches who have been approved by the club's management are permitted to offer lessons and trainings at our facility.
If you are a coach who is interested in offering lessons at our club, please contact us to discuss the approval process and requirements.
Additionally, while we encourage athletes to practice and improve their skills, we do not allow the use of multi-shuttles or machine-based practices at our facility. This is to ensure the safety of all players and to prevent damage to the courts and equipment.
Lastly, members are not permitted to give any badminton lessons of any form unless they are a club-approved and qualified coach. This is to ensure the quality and consistency of the coaching provided at our facility.

PETS & SUPPORT ANIMALS POLICY
We welcome pets at our facility and understand that they are important members of your family. However, to ensure the safety and comfort of all of our members, we kindly ask that you keep your pets in the lobby and under direct supervision at all times.
Pets are not allowed inside the gym or on the court, as this can pose a safety risk to both the animal and the players. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone who visits our facility.
